“I have bought many Pyrrha necklaces over the last 15 years and have loved them all. This time I decided to try a ring. The ring I purchased has special meaning. My problem with it is that is entirely too expensive for such a small simple ring.”

“This is my third purchase from Pyrrha, and I was disappointed in the bronze finish. It's not as vibrant and looks more silver in person than online. When I've reached out to Customer Support in the past I've been disappointed, so it didn't seem worth it to reach out.”

“This is my second talisman pendant from Pyrrah. I purchased my first one back in 2018, I think. Or definitely about then. And I absolutely love it. My chain broke this year, 2024, so it really lasted. I felt maybe that was a sign to get a new pendant so I did. I don't what has changed, but I found I'm allergic to the new pendant. I'm not allergic to any metals to my I knowledge and have never had this issue before with jewelry. I'm 51, and I've worn a lot of jewelry. I purchased a new chain for my old pendant I am now wearing it again with no issues. Idk, but something has changed with how the pendants are made or with how the metals are mixed and metals are used. Idk. I just know I swelled up horribly and my chest broke out both times I tried to wear the new one. I'm really bummed about it because I love my new pendant, but I can't wear it.”

“I was very excited for my necklace to come. I’ve been wanting one for quite awhile now and been admiring the designs for years. My husband bought me one for my birthday. I wore it the day it came! It was so pretty! After a 2-3 weeks, my stone started unraveling. I put twisted it back but not gonna lie, was disappointed it did it in the first place. Yesterday it unravelled some more. Not sure why, it’s not like I’m playing around with it. Not going to lie, for this necklace’s price point, this shouldn’t be happening. I feel like I’ve seen necklaces at a lower price point with better quality. I was going to ask for 2 necklaces for my birthday but glad we only purchased one. Overall, I was incredibly disappointed with the quality. Not sure if I’ll purchase another in the future like I had planned.”

“US dollars???? I don't understand why the prices are in US$ when all of your advertising stipulates that: ..."We are a Vancouver, Canada-based jewelry company that handcrafts sustainable jewelry with meaning ..." It would seem to me that there is a little bit of false advertising here.... or 'false impression'; NOT a Canadian product after all. The Talisman I ordered for my brother listed at $245 ended up costing me $312.61. I find this a little bit much for such as small medallion. --Louise”

“I love pyrrha products and this is my third necklace. I wear them all the time and absolutely love the quality of each piece. I was disappointed this time around when my new talisman chain came knotted.. I spent a long time having to untangle the product before I could even enjoy it, which made me frustrated. I hope the chain will last a long time and isn’t damaged.”

“Unimpressed, unfortunately. The talisman is smaller than I thought it would be and for the amount paid, I expected the braiding of the band to be of better quality. It's already fraying! Overall disappointed in this specific product.”

“I loved the necklace however I think the packaging could be improved. The necklace came in a zip lock bag. The main box label was on crooked and the canada post sticker was there too. Perhaps put the box within a box so that the presentation is better when giving it as a gift. Otherwise my wife loves it.”

“Love the necklace but didn’t like the fact I was charged in US funds when thought buying from Canadian country. Most certainly not very clear online ordering. Effects the enjoyment of the jewelry”

Hi Linda, I'm happy that you love your necklace but I'm sorry you were surprised to see that you were charged in US currency. While you are buying from a Canadian company, our website has always been in USD and we have always stated it very clearly next to each piece as well as on the shopping cart pages and in the final tally when checking out. I hope you realize that you were not deliberately misled and will continue to enjoy your jewelry.
