“Not enjoying my purchase because I have yet to receive it!! My anniversary is 3/13/25. I ordered on 3/3/25, thinking it would be in IN PLENTY OF TIME! However, I still haven’t received it!”

“I love love the product but I feel ripped off as a Canadian customer .. if you order on-line the price is charged in USD , made in Canada, designed in Vancouver but if our local store has the item I want it’s in CDN dollars which is quite a price difference.”

“I have been buying Pyrrha for over 10 years. Received my necklace in a sac and it was tangled so made for an awkward gift when my wife opened it and had to detangle her necklace.”

“I have ordered from this company multiple times as a guest and have always had good service. Unfortunately, this time when I wanted to order it was not available and I had to order in two pieces. I need a longer chain than what was offered. I was given a very hard time with customer service. I did not get what I wanted, I tried to return part of it and was told I couldn't. This will be the last time I purchase from them.”

“Well since you ask here are my remarks. I like the necklace very much but was surprised to find out that, although you are a Canadian business that sold to a Canadian customer, you charged me in US dollars. I didn’t realize this until the funds came out of my account. I was ordering with my cell phone and maybe if I had ordered with a pc it would have been more apparent that I was paying in US dollars I have looked at the same necklace in stores in BC that were priced quite a bit lower than I paid when I ordered it directly from your website. So the buying experience was disappointing”

“The item was much smaller than I expected. At least 1/2 the size. And not 3 dimensional because it was flattened out on the back side. But my wife likes it. I don't, because it is so tiny.”

Hi Robert, I'm sorry that you found our talisman smaller than you expected (but I'm glad that your wife still likes it). Each one is a different size and the dimensions are listed in the description—if you'd prefer a larger one please reach out to us and we will exchange it for you. Every talisman we make has a flat back for comfort...that's just the nature of our talismans. Please let me know if there's anything we can do.
