“The talisman itself is gorgeous. Very nice attention to detail. But the clasp on the chain appears stretched after only a few wears. I'm worried that the talisman will fall off of the call should fail. Is there any way I could get a new chain?”

“Very pretty! Not quite as thick and sturdy feeling as my other Pyrrha. I have been having a bit of a reaction to the chain, it makes my neck really itchy and red. I’m not allergic to sterling, so may just be polishing compound or something, which I’ll try washing off.”

“The talisman is absolutely beautiful. My only feedback would be that the clasp is hard to open and secure. I didn’t think the chain would be that delicate looking and that’s on me for not figuring that out before ordering.”

“I wish the chains were longer. For some reason I couldn't get a longer chain with my necklace, extenders look bad, so I had to buy a new chain for it.”

“Only issue is you can only buy 18 inch chains and if you want to get a diffetent size it is not available with pendant but you can buy separately, which is strange...I have 2 pendants with 18mm chains and those chains are of no use to me. I had to buy separate 20 inch chain.”

“I recently purchased the Pyrrha "Direction" talisman necklace in silver, medium cable chain in the 18" with 20" extender. First and foremost, I am a really picky buyer. I had been looking for a talisman necklace with a compass for some time and kept coming back to this piece. Outside of being a little taken aback by the cost of the necklace in silver, I couldn't be happier with my choice. The size direction they give really helped me choose the right length, and with my purchase I can wear it shorter or longer, love the versatility! The package was delivered within the range communicated. The packaging was beautiful and there was a kind, handwritten note to accompany my purchase. The necklace and pendant itself are beautiful! I wear it daily, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I am happy with the quality and craftmanship of the pendant. The one change I would make since the particular chain I purchsed can be extended, would be to have a true extender on the chain. I can clasp the necklace at 18 or 20 inches, but I cannot remove the additional chain when I have it set to 18 inches, which leaves the additional 2 inches hangining off the back of the necklace. It gets tangled in my hair and other necklace I paired this with. Highly recommend this product, and would absolutely purchase from Pyrrha again!”

“Well. I like the owl necklace. My only issue is the teeny tiny circle that the clasp is supposed to latch on to. It’s exceptionally frustrating. I live alone and it’s next to impossible to find the latch and clasp the necklace. So I end up not wearing it. It seems like such a small expense to have provided a larger silver circle to catch the clasp.”

“I love my Pyrrha necklaces but wish I bought another silver necklace and pendent instead of the bronze. My bronze necklace and charm went really dark and the pendent has tarnished a bit green from everyday wear. The bronze should be removed for showering, which I didn’t anticipate. Still luv my Pyrrha and will remain a devoted customer.”

“Are the pendants getting smaller? I dunno but I purchased a second pendant and it was smaller than my first one that I purchased from here. I hate that exchanging costs money. Silver isn’t expensive so I’d think that exchanging would be free (shipping included). I purchased another chain from another site for 12 dollars and it included priority shipping. I needed a longer chain since I didn’t think about how short the chain is. Over it’s a nice necklace.”

“I love my Pyrrha pieces! I recently got a new & longer chain for my talisman and even though the quality is great and the shipping speed was fast, I feel that packaging was off. My chain arrived loose in a little fabric pouch and was tangled on arrival. I think that something like a 30” chain should be wrapped in a way that it doesn’t get all tangled up in shipping. Other than that, I like my new chain and it fits my charm.”

“I love Pyrrha and I have several pieces. This last order I bought 3 pieces for gifts. I was a little disappointed as I had ordered the black oxide chain for 2 of the necklaces and it came with the silver oxide instead. I wish they had responded to my request but overall was very satisfied with the pieces.”
