“I adore your products and have gifted them to special women in my life often. Regrettably I misplaced my "Limitless" and missed it greatly, so much so that I kept checking your site debating to replace it and am absolutely thrilled with its replacement- black chain with bronze talisman! “Terrible service. I reached out to your customer care three times to make arrangements to make an exchange. Never heard back once. I had to re-purchase the chain I wanted and I’m now at a loss financially. Won’t order from you ever again. Horrible customer service.”

“I LOVE my talisman: Authentic - perfect for me in every way and really beautiful. I'm so glad that I got it and I've had lots of compliments on it already. I'm not as crazy about the chain - it's okay, but since it cannot be adjusted for length, I'm using different chains when I want to wear it shorter or longer. I would love Pyrrha to offer adjustable chains (really, all of their chains) as an option with any talisman purchase. I'd also like for them to come up with a charm/pendant holder that is versatile to use with their or other (especially thicker) chains. It just means that we would wear them more (and more of them!).”

“Pyrrha never fails my family. We have a family of 8 that we turn to Pyrrha in order to commemorate events and each member. When I lost my necklace their customer service went above and beyond to help me get a replacement. The hand written notes go a long way with us, since it’s not just a transaction to the company.”
