Superb customer service. My son lost the Pyrrha necklace I got him for his 18th birthday and I wanted to replace it as a surprise for Christmas. The style had been moved to archive but they graciously agreed to get the mold out and make me a new one that arrived very quickly and exactly when they said it would. Everything was prompt, professional and courteous and a beautiful, quality product!
