I was very disappointed by the quality of the bracelet I purchased. I’ve also found the strict requirements of the return process to be expensive and frustrating. Communication with Pyrrha has been almost nonexistent, but they have no problem spamming my email trying to get me to purchase more merchandise. Buyer Beware!
