I have been using this product for 3 days. I have noticed a difference in my flexibility to bend and touch my toes now. I have a sharp appetite decrease which is what I need to lose weight. Also, I have noticed less pain in my hips and shoulders. so far, I a loving this product. I will definitely purchase again as well as other products form Qi Supplements.
