“I have not finished the protocol yet. So far, very happy with feeling i am taking a quality product and very satisfied with fast customer service questions- very responsive! “The website does not reflect what the company has in-stock. The website says “In stock, ready to ship” with a green dot next to it. But my experience is I ordered products, didn’t hear anything from them. I wound up calling them weeks later and was told they were out of stock. This happened twice!! I had to call (because chat is worthless) them or I wouldn’t have heard anything about the fact they weren’t shipping anything. So, my experience is they charged my credit card instantly for a product they didn’t have. I don’t think that is a good practice as I waited two months and then just canceled my order. Thankfully the customer service agent Ann, told me what they did have in stock and changed one of my orders. Otherwise my comments would be worse. My advice is, if you want to use this company, you should call them to make sure they have the product you want before you order anything.”
