“I ordered peptides on Dec 3rd. Payment was collected in full. The order was shown as on the way 2 days later. One of the products still has not been delivered and is allegedly back ordered. It was never shown as out of stock yet payment was collected. No communication was provided to me until i inquired.”

“Still waiting for Cholechart (out of stock), but otherwise have begun feeling better than I thought I would these past few days. EternaPeptix is a good brand when you can't find RU equivalents. The ONLY reason for -1 star is bc I haven't received Cholechart yet and am patiently awaiting its restock but it's been a little while. Nothing to "complain" about, just an inconvenient truth given the tarrifs and all. Qi can't help it but could def put "out of stock" signing in the site. Would recommend just email first to get stock updates...they're great and friendly to work with!”

“I like Qi for ease of ordering. The reason I gave 4 stars is they are out of the sublingual peptides I needed to order, so I had to order the pill form to hold me over. I didn't want to stop before the required time they need to complete the cycle. The support team is excellent. Very fast and helpful.”

“I have not gotten my supplements and I paid over $400 and nothing has been done and I even went to support. Qi asked me go to USPS and I did nothing, told Qi that USPS is doing nothing and I have not gotten a reply.”

“After taking 'Eternapeptix A-5 Brain/CNS Peptide bioregulator ' I could immediately sleep better. I took 2 pills per day for about two weeks and afterwards 1 pill was enough to get the same effect. I checked with my nutritionist (who did muscle testing) and I don't need this supplement anymore after one month. Still occasionally I take one pill before going to sleep, it calms me down and I have a better sleep. For sleeping it is more helpful to me then 'Eternapeptix A-8 pineal peptide bioregulator' which made me wake up too early and gives a different quality of sleep.”

“So far, it isn't working at all. Im not sure what i was expecting. Maybe a cure or for it to kick start the pancreas so it creates its own insulin but that didn't happen.”

“After receiving a product that I have ordered 6 times before, I reached out for advise on consuming due to variation in color. After being requested pictures and description of issue....which I did, I then was asked for pictures of box from uses, then picture of empty product....both of which I had burned in the fireplace after opening. Usually I do keep containers for this reason. Point being it took a week to resolve and just onerous request after request.....seemed offputting and not helpful. The issue did get resolved almost 2 weeks after ordering. You've got great pricing and great products which I would like to continue purchasing; I just hope this was a one time thing and no worries.”

“I can’t in good conscience recommend this company. I bought a $215 peptide online. It was never in stock but they sold it anyway. I canceled my order requesting a refund. It’s been almost a month and I have yet to get my refund. Customer service says “we’re updating our system.” They’ve been saying that for 3 weeks. This is a poor business model and borderline stealing”
