“They lied about having peptides in stock. Twice. They charge your card, knowing they do not have the items in stock. After waiting weeks and still no shipment confirmation, I was told they were out of stock and it would be a couple weeks. A couple weeks went by and I was told "it will be a couple weeks." I canceled that order and ordered something in its place that the site said were IN STOCK. The person I spoke with on the phone assured me they were in stock. When I still hadn't received notice of shipping (which their site says is 1-2 days) after 4 days I contacted them again and was told it was not in stock. After confirming with them that it was! Too may lies.”

“I am giving this company a one because there is no zero. I placed an order over two months ago. Emailed them twice about it and receive the sabe excuse, “we are behind on orders due to shipping blah blah blah” the order was about $145. Do not waste your hard earned money on this company”

“Products took 2 months to be shipped. If products are unavailable, that should be stated on the website. I ordered to hopefully take the products before returning to work after long term leave, and was unable to. I would have ordered them elsewhere if I knew they were unavailable. I was offered 15% off and asked for a product as a substitute for that and have not received an answer.”

“First time ordering for this company couldn't be more disappointed. Order on January 17 waited for my order. Nothing came finally I reached out apparently it was in back order. No where in the website did it say it was in back order. Asked for a refund and that also has been an issue. March 4 & waiting for an update on my refund.”

“Do not buy anything from QI Supplements - within 5 days is a lie. "Realistically we are looking at 3 weeks to resume shipping backorders, but they should be coming in really fast, so we're hoping in 3 weeks we should be 100% caught up." I asked for a refund.”

“2 orders, partial delivery.. over a month waiting on orders and no updates or proactive communication from the company about the delays. I'm uncertain of the reasons for the delay or if I will ever get the products that I paid for. Highly frustrated. They need better customer service.”

“Do not trust their “In-Stock” designation. Ordered an item that we needed soon, over a week ago. Still hasn’t shipped. Customer Service replied to query, “It will be ship sometime next week.” SOMETIME next week, could be Friday, or even Saturday, next week. When I asked why an “In-Stock” item could not be shipped within a week, the response was, “We’re in the process of updating our inventories.” In other words, these are not automatically update, only when they get around to it.””

“Don't waste your money. This company has ineffective products at very high prices. And to make it worse they're CS is not good. I ordered somethings and got a wrong item. Over a week and no replacement.”

“I was looking for bioregulators. First store I looked at everything was was more affordable but out of stock. I found Qi and it was more expensive but everything I was looking for was said it was in stock so I paid for the extra amount to get them sooner. However after a week of waiting I still had received nothing. I emailed them to ask where my products were and they said they were out of stock and waiting for a shipment and it would be 1-2 more weeks. All they offered was a 10% discount in my next order. First off, I found a coupon code for 15% off and second, why would I want to order again when the first order went terribly? It’s been 2.5 weeks now and still don’t have what I paid for and ordered. I’m not giving 1 star because they do have responsive customers service but the way they reconcile for their mistake is terrible. If I end up liking the bioregulators I’ll most likely buy the same brand from the first company I found if they’re in stock.”

“I placed 2 orders at the same time and one was fulfilled and received very quickly; I'm very pleased about that and I am certain that is the norm. The other order showed no progress or movement, and it took me contacting your company to find out that one of the items in the order is on backorder for 1-2 weeks, and it is holding up the shipment on the one item that is in stock. My issue is not that the item is on backorder, that is understandable. My issue is not knowing at POS that the item is on backorder, so I could have made the decision to order the 3 in 1 or buy them individually, or not purchase at all. Even after purchase, no communication that there is a backorder.”

“Order this twice from them. Never received. No refund. Called multiple times and no resolution. They owe me hundreds of dollars. Stay away from these people. Orders 33475 and 39579. Look it up Qi.”

“Do not buy from this company!! They are a scram!!! I purchased $95 product and it came in half empty. I reached out to customer service and all they offered me was 10% discount. I told them i was not happy with that and that im a returning loyal customer. They escalated it to a management within a few minutes customer service came back and said all they can do is give me $25 refund. I asked for a new bottle of the product to replace what came in almost empty and they denied me. What terrible service this company has. I will never purchase here again and will make sure I spread the word. Very disappointed!”

“Your funny. I ordered this product. It came in with an expiration date of 3/2023 sticker over another sticker. Was the expiration date extended? I tried to return it but that failed and was told that there was no new product to replace it with. So how can I reorder?”
