Unfortunately I couldn’t use it. It arrived expiring in 3 days. Then I guess it was out of stock. I was given a free return but has not been credited to my account as of a few weeks now

The website does not reflect what the company has in-stock. The website says “In stock, ready to ship” with a green dot next to it. But my experience is I ordered products, didn’t hear anything from them. I wound up calling them weeks later and was told they were out of stock. This happened twice!! I had to call (because chat is worthless) them or I wouldn’t have heard anything about the fact they weren’t shipping anything. So, my experience is they charged my credit card instantly for a product they didn’t have. I don’t think that is a good practice as I waited two months and then just canceled my order. Thankfully the customer service agent Ann, told me what they did have in stock and changed one of my orders. Otherwise my comments would be worse. My advice is, if you want to use this company, you should call them to make sure they have the product you want before you order anything.

They sell products on their site that they don't currently have stock of but don't let you know they don't have stock, they just sell it as if they have it in stock currently, items that other supplement companies do have stock of... and then they send you the same email over and over again saying they will let you know when it clears customs and will send you the tracking. I still don't have my order a month later...not really worth the hassle when you can get the same things they sell somewhere else from companies that actually have the item in stock.

The product is no good. I am sure it doesnt have the right ingredients in it just like your fake firma vita bioregulators. Terrible company to deal with. Last time dealing with this company that from my experience is fake

I was mailed out a dozen of supplements expiring in 2 months time. All of it are expiring, 02/26. That is probably why I got shipped so much when I should have just received 6 bottles, it was a bogo deal. Given they are these "mindful people" who take customers like family, I can't wrap around in my head how inconsiderate and insensitive mailing out 12 bottles of supplements expiring in 2 months. You cannot assume that these will be given out and be consumed within 2 months because this is all just for 1 person. How thoughtless and unmindful to distribute supplements that can poison and be detrimental to someone's health when I have sought out to better it.

I ordered peptides on Dec 3rd. Payment was collected in full. The order was shown as on the way 2 days later. One of the products still has not been delivered and is allegedly back ordered. It was never shown as out of stock yet payment was collected. No communication was provided to me until i inquired.

I have not gotten my supplements and I paid over $400 and nothing has been done and I even went to support. Qi asked me go to USPS and I did nothing, told Qi that USPS is doing nothing and I have not gotten a reply.

So far, it isn't working at all. Im not sure what i was expecting. Maybe a cure or for it to kick start the pancreas so it creates its own insulin but that didn't happen.

I can’t in good conscience recommend this company. I bought a $215 peptide online. It was never in stock but they sold it anyway. I canceled my order requesting a refund. It’s been almost a month and I have yet to get my refund. Customer service says “we’re updating our system.” They’ve been saying that for 3 weeks. This is a poor business model and borderline stealing

So took a 10 day course of Visoluten with high hopes. While I can't say that I noticed any significant improvements, I also think this might be a Bioregulator that should be done in the larger format. (One month course). I'm not an expert but stating my personal opinion. Which this review could be about how terrific Visoluten is. But I just didn't literally "see" any results to even report. I can say no side effects what so ever. So that's a positive. Wish I had ordered the larger version, that way I could be writing a more thorough and positive review.

I emailed you & asked for you to honor the discount you were running for the order I placed the day before you announced it but conveniently I received no response despite receiving emails from you daily at the very least. I'll probably try somewhere else next time.

I wasn't sent the Natures Marvels brand, instead i was sent an alternate being told you didn't have them in stock at the time. To say the least I was very disappointed.

Almost a month later and still don’t have all my order; nice but very slow fixing things. One item shipped from overseas and just brown envelope, box looked open, cap not tight, no security film, box smashed; item retuned and still waiting for refund. No offer to make any adjustments for horrible delivery service. Will NOT use again!!!!

I ordered pilotax for chronic kidney disease on may 1st, it is June 3rd and I still haven’t received my order. This company refuses to issue a refund, my order is obviously lost, I requested a tracking update, and I keep receiving the same information with no updates since May 05th. This was my first time ordering from this company, and I will never order from them again. Now in order to get my money back, I have to go through my bank. Buyers beware!

I tried to cancel my order as it is now a month and a half past the 4 promised delivery dates and still have not received my order to this day! They would NOT cancel my order. I feel like this is a scam

The product only had 2 weeks before expiry date. Told customer service I don't want to take a product out of expiration I don't trust the potency,could they send another,they couldn't. CHECK YOUR DATES IF U ORDER THIS PRODUCT.

I purchased Epilaton. The company did not tell me it was out of stock, I had to reach out 5 days after purchase to find out (and she didn't know when it would be restocked. Then they send me Endoluten instead. I open the box (shipping packaging was fine) and there were 4 blister packs that were very clearly opened. I contacted them again (with pictires) and couldn't believe she expected me to use the rest and only offer 10% refund. These are NOT safe. And the customer service is terrible.
