“First time ordering for this company couldn't be more disappointed. Order on January 17 waited for my order. Nothing came finally I reached out apparently it was in back order. No where in the website did it say it was in back order. Asked for a refund and that also has been an issue. March 4 & waiting for an update on my refund.”

“Do not buy anything from QI Supplements - within 5 days is a lie. "Realistically we are looking at 3 weeks to resume shipping backorders, but they should be coming in really fast, so we're hoping in 3 weeks we should be 100% caught up." I asked for a refund.”

“I am giving this company a one because there is no zero. I placed an order over two months ago. Emailed them twice about it and receive the sabe excuse, “we are behind on orders due to shipping blah blah blah” the order was about $145. Do not waste your hard earned money on this company”

“Your funny. I ordered this product. It came in with an expiration date of 3/2023 sticker over another sticker. Was the expiration date extended? I tried to return it but that failed and was told that there was no new product to replace it with. So how can I reorder?”

“2 orders, partial delivery.. over a month waiting on orders and no updates or proactive communication from the company about the delays. I'm uncertain of the reasons for the delay or if I will ever get the products that I paid for. Highly frustrated. They need better customer service.”

“Ordered for the first time several weeks ago. Nothing received. They list themselves in the US, but now are telling me the order never shipped because of a Royal Mail hack. The royal mail was hacked 4 months ago. They should not take orders if they know they can't deliver.”

“I wasn’t told they were on back order when I ordered and had to wait a month and a half for my order. No one proactively reached out to let me know of the delay. I had to reach out twice to find out where my order was.”

“They lied about having peptides in stock. Twice. They charge your card, knowing they do not have the items in stock. After waiting weeks and still no shipment confirmation, I was told they were out of stock and it would be a couple weeks. A couple weeks went by and I was told "it will be a couple weeks." I canceled that order and ordered something in its place that the site said were IN STOCK. The person I spoke with on the phone assured me they were in stock. When I still hadn't received notice of shipping (which their site says is 1-2 days) after 4 days I contacted them again and was told it was not in stock. After confirming with them that it was! Too may lies.”
