“They lied about having peptides in stock. Twice. They charge your card, knowing they do not have the items in stock. After waiting weeks and still no shipment confirmation, I was told they were out of stock and it would be a couple weeks. A couple weeks went by and I was told "it will be a couple weeks." I canceled that order and ordered something in its place that the site said were IN STOCK. The person I spoke with on the phone assured me they were in stock. When I still hadn't received notice of shipping (which their site says is 1-2 days) after 4 days I contacted them again and was told it was not in stock. After confirming with them that it was! Too may lies.”

“Products took 2 months to be shipped. If products are unavailable, that should be stated on the website. I ordered to hopefully take the products before returning to work after long term leave, and was unable to. I would have ordered them elsewhere if I knew they were unavailable. I was offered 15% off and asked for a product as a substitute for that and have not received an answer.”

“It has been two weeks, and I’ve got nothing but the run around. It’s been a week since my order has supposedly been “shipped” But I’ve come to find out it is still not yet processed or picked up by the carrier. I reach out to customer service and only get half answers. Truly poor experience. Was my first. Will be my only if at all…”

Item has been shipped. It looks like its in transist to Canada. International shipping does take a bit longer due to Customer and such

“Small products with no explanation on how to use and expensive. We cancel the purchase and go they ahead and send it . They send endless emails with sweet language but different from their services they offer! They take long time for shipping!”

“I like the product, but that little cap in the lid is flaky, third time I used it, I spilled 30% out of the bottle accidentally. On a $90 bottle, I lost 1/3 of my product due to poor packaging. I’m disappointed”

“Very disappointed. I never received the product. When I spoke to customer service they said it was delivered. The only solution they had for me was to file a police report and they asked if I can change the review I previously posted if they send a new package out. Well I never received a new package. I was looking forward to trying this but never got it and a wasted $100.”
