“Waited over a month for an order that they claim was “back ordered” . NOWHERE on their site did it say that and they charged my card right away. I will never order from them again or recommend them in any way!!!!”

“I placed an order 24 days ago and still haven’t received it, nor do I have any idea when I will be getting it. I needed the product a long time ago.”

“Order in Dec 2023 NEVER Received If the product you don’t have the product a good company with notify the customer that it’s on back order and not receive the funds knowing the product is not ready to ship. This is the third time shame on me for do Business with a company of such so low integrity borderline scamming the consume”

“What happened to the Manage Your Subscriptions link? I tried to cancel my subscriptions online, but that link is no longer there, so I sent an email and received a reply that my subscriptions had been cancelled. Then I was mailed and charged for one of the subscriptions anyway!”

“Order this twice from them. Never received. No refund. Called multiple times and no resolution. They owe me hundreds of dollars. Stay away from these people. Orders 33475 and 39579. Look it up Qi.”

“First time ordering for this company couldn't be more disappointed. Order on January 17 waited for my order. Nothing came finally I reached out apparently it was in back order. No where in the website did it say it was in back order. Asked for a refund and that also has been an issue. March 4 & waiting for an update on my refund.”

“Do not buy anything from QI Supplements - within 5 days is a lie. "Realistically we are looking at 3 weeks to resume shipping backorders, but they should be coming in really fast, so we're hoping in 3 weeks we should be 100% caught up." I asked for a refund.”

“I am giving this company a one because there is no zero. I placed an order over two months ago. Emailed them twice about it and receive the sabe excuse, “we are behind on orders due to shipping blah blah blah” the order was about $145. Do not waste your hard earned money on this company”

“Your funny. I ordered this product. It came in with an expiration date of 3/2023 sticker over another sticker. Was the expiration date extended? I tried to return it but that failed and was told that there was no new product to replace it with. So how can I reorder?”
