“QI customer service solved my order issue by suggesting a swap to a similar product for the same price. Received that new product within a few days. Kudos to customer service rep GEE. I'm testing that replacement sproduct now. Nothing to report as yet.”

“Customer service was great as a product was out of stock and when I inquired about my order they were able to get me one made elsewhere that is fine. It is too soon to say if I notice any differences yet, but my husband and I are both taking the Cartalax bioregulator. Hopefully it will help.”

“I ordered pilotax for chronic kidney disease on may 1st, it is June 3rd and I still haven’t received my order. This company refuses to issue a refund, my order is obviously lost, I requested a tracking update, and I keep receiving the same information with no updates since May 05th. This was my first time ordering from this company, and I will never order from them again. Now in order to get my money back, I have to go through my bank. Buyers beware!”

“I tried to cancel my order as it is now a month and a half past the 4 promised delivery dates and still have not received my order to this day! They would NOT cancel my order. I feel like this is a scam”
