Do not trust their “In-Stock” designation. Ordered an item that we needed soon, over a week ago. Still hasn’t shipped. Customer Service replied to query, “It will be ship sometime next week.” SOMETIME next week, could be Friday, or even Saturday, next week. When I asked why an “In-Stock” item could not be shipped within a week, the response was, “We’re in the process of updating our inventories.” In other words, these are not automatically update, only when they get around to it.”
