Whoever’s running the supply chain protocols at Q1 should go to Washington…and straighten out the National mess. This company is courteous, quick and consistent. Orders are uniformly delivered in advance of the first date anticipated…and by the USPS of all entities. I think it has something to do with Q1’s internal devotion to detail…and commitment to quality service. (I really like their personal touch, too…especially the work of Vlad Razumovich, as the company’s “Life Enhancer.”) Only downside is the online app page; it could use some tweaking.
