I ran into some technical issues with my QI Macros on my work PC, and needed some assistance in both resolving that issue, and upgrading to the newer version. I emailed support, and Phil was extremely helpful in getting my software upgraded and figuring out how to get my copy on my work PC back up and running. This software is an unbelievable deal, and has so many uses for process improvement. I can't recommend it enough.
