Excellent product. The Control Chart Wizard, Sample Data from Health Care Data Guide (Provost & Murray), and fact it is an Add-in to Excel are the 3 things that make this really stand out. I am in Healthcare Quality Improvement and the user friendliness of this product allows me to place energy on improving rather than figuring out how to operate the software.
