I have not had too many issues with using the Qi Macros "Add-In". An experience worth mentioning occurred recently when the "Add-In" disappeared from my Excel app and I had to reach out to technical support to confirm my trouble-shooting "next steps". Ryan with Technical and Customer support was prompt and thorough with his guidance and I was able to resolve the issue quickly. In an age where customer support is dodgy (at best), I was pleasantly surprised and grateful. A side note: based on the need to validate the QiMacros for my company's "application" purposes and what KnowWare Solutions provided via the website was substantial and comprehensive.
