First of all, let me tell you, I have been an user of your fantastic software since 2007, and since then I have upgraded 4 times. But sadly, we are not given the extra discounts while upgrading and even after so many times , the new versions are not getting updated extended for a year even. Like, if I have upgraded in the month of Feb 2023, I should be eligible for getting the updates for the versions till the end of 2023 at least.
