I have had minimal exchanges with QIMacros because the product works so well. The one issue that was encountered had to do with printing from Excel which turned out to be a compatibility issue between an older copy of QI (2018) not working well with Apple IOS Ventura 13.2.1. One email to QI Support and the fix was to upgrade to the most recent version. All of that took less than one hour. So, I have only good things to say about the product and the availability of support.
