I have used QI Macros since about 2009. It started with a free CD that Jay gave me at NAHQ. Once I used it, I always had my employer purchase it for me and install it. There have been times when my computer crashed and my employer sends me a new computer. The QI Macros staff has always helped our IT staff to get a new download link. When IT ran into problems with installation, the staff provided assistance.
