Thanks for the fast service! Inside a large corporation, there are sometimes roadblocks that make upgrading or installing software challenging. It took a bit to get the upgrade to work right, but the Support Desk at KnowWare Inc. did a spectacular job of working with our IT Department to delete the old package and install the new one. It took a few tries, but well worth the effort. Love the new features the upgrade brought.
