When the government quit funding the phone service I opted to get the unlimited talk, text and UNLIMITED DATA. I paid $30 on 6/4/2024 for the plan. 2 days later I am out of data. Then on 6/7/2024 they tried to got $30 out of my bank account. I only had $4 in my account and they got that. It is impossible to talk to customer service. I have had qlinks for 3 years. No problem until I had to go on this plan. THEY ARE TERRIBLE WITH THIS PLAN. AND NO COMMUNICATING WITH THEM AT ALL!;
