If anyone see this . Do not go to qlink it is a fraud and scam sent new sim card didn't work . Ask for my number to be ported to a new provider they say it's in active they are low down worthless customer service on the phone hold time 2 hours the government needs to shut this whole scam operation down I had this number for 10 years my doctor appointment and major bill payment number plus email address is with this number . Again do not us qlink!!!!!!

Qlink wireless will not transfer or port your phone number service is weak customer service dont know anything wait time is almost an hour to speak with a agent dont use qlink it a scam and fraud

They have the worst customer service due to completely automated and you can be put on hold for over an hour and you can't really get a call back because they'll claim that you missed the call when they don't even try.

Qlink used to have the best phone service and price. However, within the last 2-3 months. Their customer service has dropped tremendously. Every single time that I have called them. I’ve held on the line from 1 1/2 to 3 hours before someone answers my call. This is unacceptable and should be investigated regarding this issue. Also, I have received tons of fraudulent emails and texts regarding my account which is why I have to call in to speak to a rep to verify that my services are safe with no charges that I am being told will occur. I’m loosing my patience and considering to select another carrier. No customer should be holding this amount of time to speak to a representative. 😡😡

Service was great while they were defrauding the government during the plandemic receiving all that stimulus money. I received a text saying they have plead guilty to federal fraud charges and I'll need to install a new sim card by November 8th..Now service is non existent and they'll keep you in a loop of frustration.

You will find unauthorized payments taken out of your bank account for items that you did not order. When you contact support, they email you back with a reply stating that I need to call them. Well, I did, and I've been waiting for 2 hours and 23 minutes now, continuously hearing "we will be with you soon". No one answers in customer service, and during hours when they are open and you want help via chat, a message continues to appear that I am contacting them outside of operation hours. Its 2:28 pm mst. I now have to file a dispute on an unauthorized transaction. Watch your bank accounts. I was going to switch to this provider, but its not safe clearly.

2 hour holing Calls unanswered emails undeliverable chat is useless. Phone and data turned off with no warning ‼️ FRAUDS!!!!!!

Everyone needs to file a complaint with the FCC this isn't the first time they have taken money unethically, I don't have service either, download Google Voice, and you can make and receive calls for nothing inside America. Sign up with a new provider, call lifeline support,they will give you numbers. Hope this helps. I'm po'd

I have spent HOURS trying to get the CONSTANT service issues resolved with this so called customer service. This absolutely the WORST customer service and so called lifeline service.They keep sending sim cards claiming they've upgraded the service.. LIES Be careful their upgrade will down grade your service to no service at all! Customer service is all overseas and yesterday I made my last attempt to resolve the service issue only to be told I didn't know my own zip code. This middle eastern gentleman was literally arguing with me! Then tried telling me I didn't understand which is riduculous english is my 1st language and I could barely understand him. He was as usual he was rude and offered absolutely NO assistance or resolution. This service is the worst ever its free and still not worth the stress. I would NEVER recommend this experience to my worst enemy!!!

They are the worst of the worst. Tried charging me for a free plan. Sent the worst tablet I personally have ever seen and tried charging me. I didn't want the paperweight. There customer service wait time is in excess of 2 hours minimum. They forced me to get a new sim card, put it in after numerous threats to cut my service off if I didn't, so once I did they then cut my service and I kid you not, waited three and a half hours for the customer service to tell me they made a mistake. Well your mistake made me miss a very important call with my father's Dr. Overall they are just bad, they cut down data time to a crawl, and the phone is iffy if your not by a tower. Long story short left and went elsewhere and haven't been happier.

Worst company I’ve ever had or heard, I received new sim card they send, my phone number is still same but when I text it’s from different number plus the text goes just in the morning and stops in the afternoon. Calling customer service every day 90 minutes on hold then disconnected with no chance to get them call back by appointment. They even count the minutes I spend on their holding call.

Worst customer service. The sim card stop working and when you try to contact them the system always tells you need to wait 25 minutes. That's already a lot. The worst is that after waiting 25 minutes no one ever anwsered. I was on line waiting for 45 minute and then I give up with them

Well, I finally got my SIM card and the phone service is excellent. The waiting wasn't ; it is free, so having to wait a couple of months is really not a big deal.

I have been calling this company for 2 weeks to get info to port my number. Every day I spend around 2 or 3 hours on hold. This company is a major joke. Don't waste your time. I'm going to another company and they can keep the number.
