“I have been a qlink customer since 2021 and have been pleased with the service. I too received a text on October 7th informing that my service with Qlink would end on November 8th and not sure who sent this text. I was confused because a week earlier I renewed my lifeline service. On October 10th I received an email from Qlink informing me that my service is ready for a SIM upgrade, and I responded immediately. Thank you Qlink for that email. 10th I received an email informing me that my service is ready for a SIM upgrade. I was please to hear from Qlink and responded immediately. So thank you Qlink for that email.”

“I have used link before and they even gave me a phone but lately I've been having bad luck with phones and I can't seem to get a phone cheap or free when I need it most but I'm grateful for the service I appreciate it thank you.I have to purchase one but service is provided free I can't complain that I could use a coupon code or I got to get a tablet or a phone thank you I appreciate it SIM card”
