I have been a qlink customer since 2021 and have been pleased with the service. I too received a text on October 7th informing that my service with Qlink would end on November 8th and not sure who sent this text. I was confused because a week earlier I renewed my lifeline service. On October 10th I received an email from Qlink informing me that my service is ready for a SIM upgrade, and I responded immediately. Thank you Qlink for that email.
