"Third Day on Hold. I have been trying to contact QLink for 3 days & unfortunately I\u2019m having no success. Received text messages & emails about my service being disrupted on 11\/08, and I have to choose another provider. I tried switching to ESIM but still no luck this way either. Been waiting for a call back but no luck with that either. I\u2019ve been on hold for 3 hours for the last 3 days waiting for customer support only to have the phone hung up on me after all that waiting. I just need them to unlock my phone so that I could keep my original phone number that I brought to Qlink over a year ago. My phone number was originally from Verizon but I switched to Qlink because of my regional location, I\u2019m trying to get Verizon back but Qlink has to unlock my sim in order for me to switch carriers and still keep my original phone number. My number is very valuable to me, it\u2019s connected to my gmail, bank log in, work log in. Unfortunately I am locked out of all my accounts because my phone number is no longer active, so I\u2019m not an to use it for verification. This is very stressful."

"This company is ridiculous. I waited for a live agent for 2 hours and 06 minutes but had no luck, so I decided to disconnect. Q Link Wireless has the worst customer service of all time."

"This company is ridiculous, you CANNNOT get ahold of them!!! I\u2019ve sent them 8 messages, requested 9 call backs and spent 22 hours on hold trying to get my number transferred from them to another company. The last call is pictured 3+ hours and was hung up on!!!!!! I\u2019m beyond livid they are incompetent and the service is sub par at best. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere."

"When I git my ph it quit coming on after 3wks. Now it's been stolen. I want a new phone. Is this possible? Bc old ph never worked I was so dissatisfied. Now it's stolen but they can't use it it don't come on. I got Sim card kit in mail today no phone so simcard is no good.cant activate it."
