This is the last attempt to reach out to Q link - [ ] I’m sorry for a neither email but I’ve been trying to contact Q link customer service since the day I received my $ 199.00 dollars phone buying that was one of the most stupidest things I’ve ever done. Now that it’s past the 14 day’s return policy & numerous times of trying to return the phone - [ ] & to top off the disaster of q link’s customer service performance you’ve trained them to lie & tell the customers a shipping label we’ll be sent to your email. As they laugh and hang up, with no intention of ever helping your customers.  - [ ] Q link is a free service for Financial destitute people, but yet you send out  phones that have no value  because with a critical degenerated battery function  that is supposedly fully charged the phone only operates for a very short limit of time. I’m writing this to let you know that this we’ll be my review on the many bad reviews written on the internet. About q links phones purchased at the highest cost ever possible while your company  - [ ] obnoxiously well not at any circumstances, ever replace or repair the train wreck of Quality of your phone’s with no battery life existing - [ ] I’ve had the phone you sent me looked at & tested by professional phone technicians  i was told the batteries life was so critically low that it would not even charge more then 30 percent and to return it for a replacement or refund - [ ] I’ve contacted your customer service numerous times, only one of them offered to send out a return label that I never received  - [ ] I hate to give Q link a bad review on the internet but also feel the public needs to be warned about this
