I was sent a link from Qlink informing me that I would no longer have service on 11/8/24. The link was texted to me informing me to find another phone provider, such as Assurance and other phone service providers. I had a scheduled phone call for 10/16/24 to help me understand, no call came, so I contacted customer service via phone text and was told not to click on the link that it was not sent by Qlink, and that I would continue to be a Qlink customer with a new Sim card that would provide me with a new Qlink network. So be very careful of fraud Qlink text messages and contact Qlink customer service, they were very helpful. Thank you Nora.
