Charge for the order was processed immediately. My order has not arrived even though it was indicated as shipped November 11 which was 17 days ago. Shipping was without any tracking availability so who knows if it was ever shipped, but I was indeed charged. Cost will be removed from my charge if I do not receive some sort of satisfaction. I do not recommend this company.
