“Du Quebec (Canada) j'étais sceptique, vue les prix. Mais j'ai essayé quand même. J'ai bien reçu les Bearings commandé (obtenue deux pour même pas le prix de un ici au Quebec) Sais sûr que je vais continuer avec Quality Bearing Online. Pour les puristes qui veulent acheter local, je suis désolé pour vous mais quand les distributeurs "local" vend avec des prix qui est plus que le double - ils perdent des clients. I was skeptical, given the prices. But I tried anyway. I received the Bearings ordered (obtained two for not even the price of one here in Quebec) I know for sure that I will continue with Quality Bearing Online. For purists who want to buy local, I'm sorry for you but when "local" distributors sell with prices that are more than double - they lose customers.”

“Contacted the company 3 times and was told that they would call back to resolve the problem, they never did call back. My Issue: the Timken bearings that I was sent had a slightly larger bore than my old NMB bearings which made the Timken's unusable . Both bearings advertise the same dimensions. I was told that I could not return the bearings but that they would call me to see if I could order the NMB bearings through them. Obvious that they do not want my business.”

“When you advertise 1-3 day delivery and the product leaves the warehouse after 6 days and arrives after nearly 3 weeks I am less than impressed. The bearing itself was as promised when it arrived.”
