“Bearings were correct. But I was not pleased that I paid extra for 2day shipping and it took 7 days for them to arrive”

“Item purchased through internet. Address shown was Quebec Canada. Item came from UK so duty and brokerage fees doubled the cost. Not a happy customer!”

“Product not as advertised. Description should make it clear that it is not an R&M branded bearing as stated, but an equivalent NSK brand which is vailable for one third of the price from other major suppliers. Small bearing delivered in an unnnecessarily large box. Otherwise service acceptable and communication by email good.”

“Ordered a set of spindle bearings right before Christmas, order was delayed for some time as a result of this. Order was further delayed by DHL until a rather hefty import fee was paid. In all order took about two weeks to be delivered. Quality of the bearings seems to be good so far.”

“The parts needed were shipped in 10 days, QB says 1-2 shipping. Reason is my parts were shipped to someone else. After asking the location of my order and QB being very polite and prompted we received the order in 2 days. I understand over seas shipping has its issues, but for quality product and pricing we will order again.”

“Items were in stock, however shipping department put an incorrect address on the DHL shipment, which resulted in a delivery delay, so instead of getting the items on a Friday we had to wait until Monday.”

Hi Karen I am sorry to hear this, I will contact you by email to confirm the issue as we certainly sent to the address information you provided us. “Ordered baring on 18th. On-line tracking showed "awaiting shipping" chased up on 23rd with Sales and informed that package must have been lost in post as it was actually shiped on day of order. Repaccemant shiped on 24th by post and Received on 25th. Good responce form sales dept.”

“Happy with the product ordered . It did take three weeks to arrive and I was advised that the item I ordered was not available nor could it be obtained although to this day is still available to purchase on the website.”

“Still haven't received the order. Spoke to someone on the phone today who was very helpful and explained that stock they had intended to send was damaged and that they have had to re-order from supplier. I am now expecting delivery on Saturday. But; my email query about the delay in delivery wasn't answered and two phone calls were necessary to find out what was going on. In general, telephone staff are helpful and friendly.”

“Delivery and price were excellent. At first manual test the bearings didn't seem run as silky smooth as I would have expected. Both bearings felt the same so maybe my expectations are too high? It's unlikely that they'd both be faulty so I shall go ahead and install them and see how long they last.”

Sorry to hear they have not arrived yet, they have been dispatched using the overseas postal service, this is a 4-10 day service depending on the local delivery firm, so they really should be there anytime now. We are sorry to hear this. This item was despatched on 25 June using Royal Mail tracked. It is showing as tried to be delivered this morning (30/6) at 9.14, Royal Mail state they have left a card. We are very disappointed by the length of the delivery period and as a goodwill gesture have refunded the delivery charge. Please let me know if you need any further assistance. Regards QBOL
