The parts needed were shipped in 10 days, QB says 1-2 shipping. Reason is my parts were shipped to someone else. After asking the location of my order and QB being very polite and prompted we received the order in 2 days. I understand over seas shipping has its issues, but for quality product and pricing we will order again.
