You got the brand right. You got pretty close to the correct part, but still sent the wrong part to the wrong address. I guess that is the downside to me being concerned about cost.

Unfortunately the delivery delayed a lot with bad weather claim and it came as normal import instead of courier. In the site they informed 02 couriers with different prices. We paid the most expensive however they sent by the cheapest.

The site looks like your buying in canada ,but its the UK .I had the pay brokers fees of 30.00 to get my stuff ,took over a week to get .The deal turned out not to be a deal after all :(

I got what I ordered. It did not come in a timely manner. I paid 20. Us dollars for shipping and was told I would see in 4 days. Took two weeks. I should have known as the bearings were coming from the UK . I wrongly assumed the order would be filled stateside. Amazon next time.

your web site indicated i would recieve my shipment in about 2 days and i waited over a week -if i had known this i would have gone somewhere else because you cost me a job- and about $2.000. DOLLARS thanks for your poor service

Thanks for your review, I am very sorry this has happened. I'd like to clarify a few things. Your order was placed on 30 October, and the delivery service you asked for on the order was a 2-4 working day service with DHL. You did not choose the 1-2 day service. The order left us on 31 October and therefore should have been with you on Friday 2 November, well within the time period which you asked for. Frustratingly the DHL servcie has let us down here and was not delivered to you until Tuesday 6 November as they transferred it to a third party for delivery. I have requested a full explanation for this as this is not accpetable and reflects badly on our business. Annoyingly this service took 5 working days which is beyond what we promise so we will refund your delivery charge in full. Once I have an explantion from DHL I shall share this with you. I apologise for the clear inconvinience this has caused you. I shall email you separatly with the tracking information. Regards Simon

Ordered and paid for Loctite 3491 (3491-25ml-loctite) which showed as "in-stock" but was in fact not in stock and on a terrible delivery time. At least refund was quick.

Web site indicate STOCK item, paid the item, indicate that it was awaiting for shipment.... when it wasn't even a stock item.... Is a bit of wasting my time.

These bearings lasted about 2 months - the originals were more than 10 years old - are they really NSK?

All the products we provide is 100% genuine product and are fully traceable with the full manufacturer warranty. I shall contact you directly to discuss your case with you. If they have failed so early there must be other influences to cause this.

Thanks for your feedback, I am sorry this happened. The order was placed at 5.42pm on 27 June and was despatched Royal Mail First Class Post Tracked on 28 June. So should have been with you on the 29 June. We are sorry this took longer to be delivered than either of us would have hoped, but unfortunately we are in the hands of third parties when it comes to delivering. However to be fair to Royal Mail they do usually deliver as expected. Thanks again for your order and for your feedback. Regards the QBOL team

You sent the order to the Aylesbury account details address and it should of been delivered to the Colchester address.

It would be a lot nicer if bearing's boxes where not opened befor shipping . Basically they look like random bearings in the open package.

An email popped in to my Inbox asking me to write a review of my experience with ordering from Quality Bearings. Well, I haven't received my order yet so I cannot judge the quality of the products that I ordered - sure hope I get my order. I can judge the quality of the company's communications with customers and I will call it poor. I did get a confirmation of my order, and later received a shipping notice. But the tracking links were missing from the email, and clicking on the link to see the status of my order required me to enter a user name and password - I had placed the order as a "Guest" so I did not have either a user name or password. So, I really have no way to determine what is happening with my order without sending emails and waiting for responses. Instead of doing that I am going to wait for a few more days and then take those steps I must to get my business completed. If my order hasn't shown up in another week I'll contact my credit card company and cancel payment. Ease of communication/tracking is a key to successful internet sales. With my order it hasn't been done well.
