An email popped in to my Inbox asking me to write a review of my experience with ordering from Quality Bearings. Well, I haven't received my order yet so I cannot judge the quality of the products that I ordered - sure hope I get my order.
I can judge the quality of the company's communications with customers and I will call it poor. I did get a confirmation of my order, and later received a shipping notice. But the tracking links were missing from the email, and clicking on the link to see the status of my order required me to enter a user name and password - I had placed the order as a "Guest" so I did not have either a user name or password. So, I really have no way to determine what is happening with my order without sending emails and waiting for responses. Instead of doing that I am going to wait for a few more days and then take those steps I must to get my business completed. If my order hasn't shown up in another week I'll contact my credit card company and cancel payment.
Ease of communication/tracking is a key to successful internet sales. With my order it hasn't been done well.
