Contacted the company 3 times and was told that they would call back to resolve the problem, they never did call back. My Issue: the Timken bearings that I was sent had a slightly larger bore than my old NMB bearings which made the Timken's unusable . Both bearings advertise the same dimensions. I was told that I could not return the bearings but that they would call me to see if I could order the NMB bearings through them. Obvious that they do not want my business.

When you advertise 1-3 day delivery and the product leaves the warehouse after 6 days and arrives after nearly 3 weeks I am less than impressed. The bearing itself was as promised when it arrived.

I placed my order on May 17, 2019, a pair of angular contact ball bearings which were said to be in stock. I am still waiting for them to ship, it is currently May 29, 2019

They shipped the wrong product. As a student organization with limited funding this has placed a huge burden on our team. We recommend that no collegiate SAE car teams order from this company.

Wrong measurement in their description. I even chose and paid for express shipping. Customer service is even worst. I have to bear the cost of their mistake. Still not settled. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Thank you for your review, I understand your frustration. The item you ordered had just been sold out after a rush. Sadly there was a delay on the replacement due to manufacturing issues out of our control. We refunded you immeadiately when the order was cancelled. Sorry for the frustration.

I signed account on your web site on May 8, 2018, not able to pay you because your web site not accept my many attempts with various methods. On May 9, 2018, 13:22pm, I finally able to pay, but right afterward, I cannot login again. I spent time to check back & forward to understand why, but no result, so I emailed you about it same day, no replied so far, very poor service.

I have placed an online order on 2 May 2018 and have been given promised delivery dates as immediate dispatch (3- 5 May 2018 ) and later got the delivery date and material dispatch only by 22 May 2018

Good Morning, thank you for your review. We do appreciate your frustration with this order, although we did explain at the time of order that there were production issues on the quantity you required. We explained and you agreed the revised delivery date of 24 May 2018, your review is a little disappointing bearing in mind you were kept fully up to date at all times. The order is showing as out for delivery either today (23 May) or tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvinenice caused. Regards QBOL.

I had a very good experience until I checked that they refund me less than what they had charged me originally. I bought a product online to be delivered abroad and after the purchase was done they told me that the product couldn't be sent abroad due to safety issues. I asked to please refund it back to me and the surprise was that they refunded me 4€ less than what they had charged me. I felt I was tricked. Best regards,

Good Afternoon, thanks for your review. Your order was for an Aerosol which we do state on our website cannot be sent overseas. I am sorry you missed this. We refunded your order straight away on the Card which you made payment. We do not control the refund amount as we cancelled the order, so 100% of the value we received was refunded to you. I would recommend to contact your card company to see if they can explain the difference as I can see no reason why there would be a difference. Please rest assured it is beyond our control. CHEATING - GETTING MONEY AND KEEP IT FOR A WEEK ..WHILE AASKING FOR SHIPMENT SUDDNELY ASKED TO PAY ADDITIOAN; 50 $ .. THEY HAVE THIS TYPE OF STRATEGY OF BUSINESS. It took four days to get the bearing I ordered, which was the wrong one. It is now day six and I have still have not received the correct bearing.

Your website highlights 2 day shipping so I paid extra to have the bearings in 2 days. They didn't arrive until 3 days. I would not have paid the extra 13.00 for 3 day shipping. I wrote an email to you and explained what happened and never even got a response. Not good. I will not be ordering additional products from you. Doug

Thanks for your review, I am sorry you feel this way. We do have a record of replying to your email, I have re-sent this to you. As explained in the email your order was placed on a Sunday so was therefore not shipped until the Monday hence the seemed delay of one extra day. Unfortunately we cannot ship any orders on Sundays. Terrible - bearing was suppose to be in stock and shipped immediately. It has take over a week to ship. Called daily to follow up. Was promised numerous times that someone would check it and call us back. Over the weeks time I did not receive one call. Over the weeks period was given numerous incorrect dates. I have lost all confidence in your ability to deliver on time or even know where the shipment is in your process if you have one. Due to this we ordered more bearings that we do not need just to have a backup.

We are sorry for the issues with the delivery of this product. It was shipped as planned but unfortunately was held in customs for a number of days which did delay the delivery. I am glad it has now been delivered, unfortunately this did take longer than planned and certainly longer than our expectations. We are awaiting detail from US customs as to why this was held as this is not a normal problem for us. Generally all our order to the US are processed with speed through customs. Sorry again for the delay and we are delighted your bearing has now arrived with you. Regards the QBOL team.

Good afternoon, apologies for this. We did notify of the order cancellation. This is due to your delivery address being in Pakistan and we are not allowed to shipped aerosols to Pakistan currently. This is out of our control I am afraid. Regards QBOL team

I still have not received the bearings after placing the order on the 31st May, I did receive an email to say they were shipped on the 3rd of June but I am still waiting for delivery

Good Morning, I am sorry to hear this, you should have contacted us directly as the bearings were shipped as previously notified. These were shipped by Royal Mail first class post. Please can you contact me directly at simon@qualitybearingsonline.com if you have still not received these and we will get a solution sorted as speedily as possible. Charge for the order was processed immediately. My order has not arrived even though it was indicated as shipped November 11 which was 17 days ago. Shipping was without any tracking availability so who knows if it was ever shipped, but I was indeed charged. Cost will be removed from my charge if I do not receive some sort of satisfaction. I do not recommend this company.

Good Morning I understand your frustration here, the order was placed on 17 Nov on a 4-10 day shipping service. It was dispatched straight away so should have been with you by now. I have sent you the tracking details by email already this morning, this is showing that it will with you very soon. As a goodwill gesture I have refunded your shipping charge already. We will keep tracking the item to ensure it does arrive. Sorry for the problem here, we are reviewing our service with USPS as this is currently causing us problems. Regards QBOL

What A JOKE ! We called Quality Bearing and gave them their own part number off their website and they couldn'rt figure it out ? Thinking it was just bad representation I called back and spoke to another rep who told us the same thing and that was the part number wasn't theirs even though it was off their website........AGAIN WHAT A JOKE !
