Terrible - bearing was suppose to be in stock and shipped immediately. It has take over a week to ship. Called daily to follow up. Was promised numerous times that someone would check it and call us back. Over the weeks time I did not receive one call. Over the weeks period was given numerous incorrect dates. I have lost all confidence in your ability to deliver on time or even know where the shipment is in your process if you have one. Due to this we ordered more bearings that we do not need just to have a backup.
