“Your website highlights 2 day shipping so I paid extra to have the bearings in 2 days. They didn't arrive until 3 days. I would not have paid the extra 13.00 for 3 day shipping. I wrote an email to you and explained what happened and never even got a response. Not good. I will not be ordering additional products from you. Doug”

Thanks for your review, I am sorry you feel this way. We do have a record of replying to your email, I have re-sent this to you. As explained in the email your order was placed on a Sunday so was therefore not shipped until the Monday hence the seemed delay of one extra day. Unfortunately we cannot ship any orders on Sundays. “CHEATING - GETTING MONEY AND KEEP IT FOR A WEEK ..WHILE AASKING FOR SHIPMENT SUDDNELY ASKED TO PAY ADDITIOAN; 50 $ .. THEY HAVE THIS TYPE OF STRATEGY OF BUSINESS. LIAM, MEGAN , SIMON REALY -- POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - DOESNT READY TO HELP ME....WASTED MY MONEY AND TIME. I NEVER RECOMMEND. EVEN THEY ARE NOT READY TO SHARE ESCULATION DEPT CONTACT.WASTE”

“My requirement was a self aligning ball bearing as a replacement in an 1950 David Brown tractor steering column under restoration. I did not have the original bearing number but dimensions indicated that, surprisingly, it was a metric bearing. Tractor parts suppliers could supply a bearing at an inflated price. Initial internet searches did not find a replacement but accessing the QBL site provided an easy to use identification system that came up with the correct bearing a very reasonable price. On line ordering resulted in the bearing being delivered the following day. The David Brown tractor now has a fully restored steering column! Thanks.”
