I had a very good experience until I checked that they refund me less than what they had charged me originally. I bought a product online to be delivered abroad and after the purchase was done they told me that the product couldn't be sent abroad due to safety issues. I asked to please refund it back to me and the surprise was that they refunded me 4€ less than what they had charged me. I felt I was tricked.
