“Ordered on Wed 24th June for next day delivery which would have been Friday as ordered after 3pm. Stayed in all day Friday phone your delivery people and was told had been delivered, but of course I knew different, phoned yourselves and got an apology and a guarantee that it would be sent again for early delivery Saturday 27th. It is now 12.30 nd still no delivery has been made, I expect to receive a full refund of the additional postage paid for next day delivery, and if these bearings don't turn up I expect full refund of price paid and i will have to buy them somewhere else. I urgently needed one of these for my husbands power chair as he needs to be able to get about, that is why I ordered extra so if it happens again we will have the bearings already.”

Good Morning We are extremely sorry for the problems here. An error in our warehouse resulted in this package being shipped with FedEx rather than on a Royal Mail Special Delivery, to compound this error there was a mis-sort by FedEx resulting in the parcel being delivered on Monday first thing rather than on Friday. Obviously we have already refunded the delivery costs and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Regards QBOL
