Still haven't received the order.
Spoke to someone on the phone today who was very helpful and explained that stock they had intended to send was damaged and that they have had to re-order from supplier. I am now expecting delivery on Saturday.
But; my email query about the delay in delivery wasn't answered and two phone calls were necessary to find out what was going on.
In general, telephone staff are helpful and friendly.
