I needed 2 bearings but was not sure of the precise type. I chatted online with Simon who really could not have been any more helpful. Simon then telephoned me so that I could place the order, which arrived the following day. Excellent online support, very prompt ( and free) delivery, competitive price, and even a 5% discount for a new customer. My total bill was less than £10 but I don't think I could have had better service if I had been spending serious money. I am most impressed and will definitely recommend. Thank you.
