Yes the 4 SKF bearings your sales person recommended were perfect for the job in hand, fitted to the Bosch Alternator and tested and in good working order.doing this job myself has saved me a considerable amount of money as the suppliers of this alternator do not sell any spares, but will sell an exchange unit for a princely sum of around £120.again fitted with the china made bearings yet again that tend to fail fairly quickly. thankyou bearings on line for your help
