Ordered bearings and they were not delivered on day Dhl said. Wrong bearings shipped. Your website malfunction. Delayed responses to repeated requests for pickup. Money not credited, correct bearings not here. Update7/19/17 Liam called me to sort out my issues and got Dhl on the ball. Money was immediately refunded and the correct bearings are en route. I am quite pleased that this was resolved so quickly and professionally. I have always received great pricing and excellent delivery in the past and am happy that this relationship will continue.
