Excellent service but extremely frustrating website. As a returning customer I kept getting 'email already in use' message and had to resort to speaking to you directly by phone. Not the intended 'buy it now online'. Put an option on your site before the 'register user' stage where people can opt to use their account or choose to pay with PayPal - They already have all my details registered. I really can't remember the password I chose last time I ordered from you.
