I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Quality Garden Supplies. I called them up because when I was about to pay for my online order, I noticed that the padlock that is usually there during checkout (to show it’s an encrypted & secure connection) was not there. I was told that “at the beginning of the checkout process it says “All data is transmitted and encrypted by a secure TLS connection” and that they use the same method on phone orders. I said I would order it over the phone, so that I can add-on morning delivery and she said that she wouldn’t take my order over the phone because if anything were to happen, it would be on her and she wouldn’t feel comfortable taking my details. I felt shock that she was unwilling to take my order because of my earlier question. I had rang up for peace of mind and never expected my phone order to be refused! I called back and spoke to someone else, but I found him to be very uncaring, no apology, I’ve never known a company like it. I felt quite upset by the whole thing, as it was so unexpected. They clearly don’t care about their customers and so I ordered from a different company. If this is the way they usually treat people, I would recommend to stay well away from this company
