Customer Service is terrible. On the website, it reads: "We can deliver most of our garden and landscape supplies next day any where in the country!" Aye, right.
Try 8 days. To the middle of a city. It was going to be 6 days, but they mislabelled the pallets. What happens when they fail to deliver? Nothing. No phone call, no email. They just wait until you chase them up. So the next day, they re-send the shipment overnight. That makes it 8 days since ordering some bags of dirt, which should be a dead simple delivery.
When the shipment arrives, the delivery driver calls and tells me he needs my help to unload because he can't move the 1-tonne pallets on his own. You've GOTTA be joking me. I'm at work, not home, and I can't just leave. SO HE REFUSES TO DELIVER. And then the staff at QGS start arguing with me about whether the haulier is capable of delivering. They tell me, look, we do this 100 times a week. That's grand, luv, but I'm simply relaying the message from the haulier -- they loaded a truck with heavy pallets and didn't have any way of removing it at the other end!
These people are utter hell to deal with. Avoid.
