Firstly the call handler ordered the wrong product despite me quoting at least twice the requirement we needed. Had to get the gardener to replace order and yet another call to get refund on the first product. All in all a nightmare experience. Topsoil came on time but we paid £10 to make sure it came on the date we wanted.
Unfortunately the topsoil was full of large stones so took ages to distribute on lawn and anticipate will take hours to rake them off before we can think about mowing if we want a blade left on the mower.
