The set that I ordered was not available so I had to contact customer service and have them send me codes for a new order. On the new order, I had to order each item individually. I ended up ordering 2 forks in error, instead of a spoon and a fork. I called customer service and they gave me the credit to order the spoon, but I had to pay $6 for shipping. I placed multiple orders with your company and was saddened by the fact that the rep couldn't waive the shipping fee after had ordered so many items from you.
